Refund policy
All items are personalised and made to order. For this reason, refunds or returns are not accepted once an item has been created.
A refund or replacement will only be issued in the following circumstances:

An error has been made on our end and the customer is not satisfied with the final item; or

The order does not arrive within the promised delivery timeframe.
In such cases, customers must contact us within a reasonable time after delivery (or the expected delivery date), providing their order number and relevant details so we can review the issue promptly.
We reserve the right to assess each case individually to ensure a fair and appropriate resolution.
