During busy periods such as Valentine’s Day, Christmas, Mother’s Day, and Father’s Day, delivery times may extend to up to 7 working days, but we always do our best to keep things moving and get your order to you as quickly as possible.


All items are personalised and made just for you, which means they are non-refundable once created.

A refund or replacement will only be issued if:

  • a mistake has been made on our end and the customer is not satisfied with the item, or
  • the order does not arrive within the promised timeframe.

Explosion Boxes are delivered by our trusted local courier and arrive inside a large Marii & Co gift bag, making them beautifully presented and ready to give the moment they reach your door.

Waterfall Cards are delivered by our trusted courier in a sliding-drawer Marii & Co signature gift box, beautifully packed to create a special unboxing moment and to ensure your gift arrives in perfect condition
